Customer Reviews (4.7 / 5 · 7 reviews)
The customer service was quick to send over a quote when I messaged the email, so the process felt straightforward from the start. I appreciated that I could ask questions before paying, which saved me from guessing wrong on my replacement tip order.
Had a small mix-up with sizing at first, but the seller replied to my email within a few hours with a clear quote and sorted it out. The replacement tips themselves matched my original set perfectly, so the hassle was worth it.
Emailed for a quote and got a reply within the day, which made the whole thing painless. The price was fair and the tips fit exactly like the originals, so no fiddling around. Worth it if you want to keep using the set you already have.
